Unity Group Holdings International Limited announced on 30 July 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Annual Report, AGM circular, notice of annual general meeting and proxy form have been uploaded to the company’s website (unitygroup.eco) and to HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive printed documents will receive hard copies by post. Shareholders preferring physical documents, or those who cannot access the online versions, may submit the enclosed Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, using the prepaid mailing label or by email to 1539-ecom@vistra.com.

Unity Group highlighted that shareholders are responsible for providing a valid email address to ensure timely receipt of electronic notices. Until a functional address is supplied, shareholders will continue to receive printed notices and actionable corporate communications.
