WISE LIVING TEC (02481) announced that effective from August 22, 2025: (i) Mr. Li Baoshan, Chairman and Executive Director, will cease to serve as Chairman and member of the Nomination Committee; (ii) Dr. Zhu Qing, Independent Non-executive Director and member of the Nomination Committee, has been appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee; (iii) Ms. Xu Lijie, Non-executive Director, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.
