Vision Values Holdings Limited (862) has scheduled its Annual General Meeting for 27 November 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at 10th Floor, United Centre, 95 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong. Shareholders will be presented with, among other items, the audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025, as well as proposed re-elections of several directors and the re-appointment of the independent auditor.

Proposals include granting general mandates for the board to issue and repurchase shares, subject to applicable legal requirements.
