Yangzijiang Maritime Development Ltd. announced changes to its Board of Directors and Board committees, effective May, 15 2026, following the retirement of Independent Non-Executive Director Lyu Jianwei and the appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director Gao Yuhua.

Ren Yuanlin continues as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, with the Board now comprising Ren Yuanlin, Lead Independent Non-Executive Director Teh Wing Kwan, Independent Non-Executive Director Wang Jiansheng and newly appointed Independent Non-Executive Director Gao Yuhua.

Committee leadership has been adjusted accordingly. The Audit and Risk Committee is chaired by Teh Wing Kwan with Wang Jiansheng and Gao Yuhua as members. The Nominating Committee is led by Wang Jiansheng, joined by Teh Wing Kwan and Gao Yuhua. The Remuneration Committee is also chaired by Wang Jiansheng, with Teh Wing Kwan and Gao Yuhua serving as members.

The company stated that these appointments take immediate effect from May, 15 2026.
