Following discussions between the company and Teeda CPA Limited regarding the proposed auditor change, Teeda CPA has agreed to resign as the company's auditor, effective from September 4, 2025. Upon recommendation by the audit committee, the board of directors has resolved to appoint Beijing Xinghua Dingfeng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. as the company's new auditor to fill the casual vacancy arising from Teeda CPA's resignation, with the term lasting until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
