JIANDE INT'L (00865) announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The Group recorded revenue of HK$63.937 million, compared to HK$63.934 million in the same period last year. Loss attributable to owners of the company was HK$2.453 million, representing a decrease of 35.95% year-on-year. Basic loss per share was HK$0.04 cents.

According to the announcement, the Group's revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2025, was primarily derived from the sale and delivery of residential properties from recently developed projects, namely Xixian Kangqiao Academy in Henan Province and Wugang Kangqiao Academy in Hunan Province (net of discounts and sales-related taxes).

The reduction in loss attributable to owners of the company was mainly due to decreased losses from net fair value changes of investment properties, as well as reduced selling expenses and administrative expenses, though this was partially offset by a decline in gross profit.
