Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Inc. (LIVZON PHARMA) announced that, effective 24 March 2026, two board-level committee changes have taken effect:

• Strategy Committee: Employee representative director Ms. Ran Yongmei has joined the committee. • Nomination Committee: Executive director and vice chairman Mr. Tang Yanggang has been appointed as a committee member.

According to the filing, these are the only alterations to the board’s committee structure. The remainder of the board and its committees remain unchanged. Livzon Pharma’s board now consists of one executive director, three non-executive directors, one employee representative director, and four independent non-executive directors.
