Cinese International Group Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1620) announced that, effective 28 November 2025, independent non-executive director Ms. Suen Yin Wah Chloe has resigned from her role. According to the announcement, Ms. Suen stepped down to devote more time to personal matters and confirmed no disagreement with the Board. Effective on the same date, the Board appointed Mr. Lo Ying Kit as an independent non-executive director, chairperson of the nomination committee, and member of the audit committee. Mr. Lo, aged 43, has over two decades of experience in the child education and publishing industry and serves as a director at Dr-Max Limited and Parenting Headline Limited. He has been a fellow member of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors since March 2015. Under a three-year service agreement commencing 28 November 2025, Mr. Lo will receive an annual remuneration of HK$100,000. The announcement confirms that Mr. Lo meets all relevant independence requirements, and the Board has extended its welcome for his appointment.
