The program has already completed internal testing.
Doubao currently stands as one of the leading C-end AI service traffic gateways in China, and the integration of Duodian Flash Buy is designed to deliver a unified online-to-offline service solution for physical retail stores.
In a separate development, DMALL announced that its controlling shareholder, Dr. Zhang Wenzhong, had on September 10, 2026, acquired an aggregate of 1.3614 million ordinary shares of the company through Celestial Limited using personal funds in the open market. This marked his debut purchase of the company's shares. The share acquisition underscores the controlling shareholder's strong confidence in the company's long-term prospects, particularly its strategic positioning as a retail AI agent service provider, its steadily improving profitability, and the wider growth potential of the group.
