Ms. Zhang Weili has been nominated as Independent Non-Executive Director, subject to approval by shareholders at the General Meeting. Her appointment will be effective from the date of approval and will last until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, marking the end of the current Board's term.
