XUNFEIHEALTH (ASX: 02506) has issued an announcement regarding a capital injection into one of its investees. On June 18, 2026, the existing shareholders, which include the company, entered into an investment agreement with Sanya Gaozhuo Jiayin. According to the terms, Sanya Gaozhuo Jiayin will pay RMB 1,527,500 to subscribe for newly issued registered capital of RMB 1,294,500 in Beijing HuiJi. The remaining balance of RMB 233,000 will be allocated to Beijing HuiJi's capital reserve.

Following the completion of this capital contribution, Beijing HuiJi's registered capital will increase from RMB 20.28 million to RMB 21.5745 million. Consequently, XUNFEIHEALTH's equity interest in Beijing HuiJi will decrease from 52.13% to 49.00%.

Despite this reduction in shareholding, the company will retain actual control over Beijing HuiJi. Therefore, Beijing HuiJi's financial results will continue to be fully consolidated into XUNFEIHEALTH's consolidated financial statements.

Beijing HuiJi is a limited liability company established in China. Its principal business activities encompass technology research and development in the medical field, medical research, and the sales of software, hardware, and medical devices. The company also provides comprehensive supporting services including data processing, system integration, health consulting, and internet information services.
