GSH Corporation Limited announced the completion of its proposed share subscription on Nov, 25 2025.

The company has issued and allotted 447,468,880 new ordinary shares to Capitalwise Global Limited at S$0.25 apiece, raising about 111.9 million Singapore dollars.

With the new shares credited on Nov, 25 2025, GSH Corporation’s issued share capital has increased to 2,420,611,026 shares from 1,973,142,146 shares. The subscription shares will start trading on the SGX Mainboard on Nov, 26 2025.

The new shares rank pari passu with existing shares, except that they are not entitled to any distributions whose record date falls on or before the issuance date.
