Huajin International Holdings (02738) announced that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Deloitte) resigned as the company's auditor effective December 29, 2025. The resignation followed an inability to reach a consensus on audit fees for the annual consolidated financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025. This was due to the need for additional audit resources stemming from the Group's routine business adjustments, mid-term continuous operating losses, and other cash flow-related factors. Deloitte was also aware that the company intended to appoint another auditor to perform the relevant audit work and, after careful consideration, decided to resign.

The Board of Directors further announced that, upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, Zhongrui Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. (Zhongrui) has been appointed as the company's new auditor effective December 29, 2025. The appointment fills the casual vacancy created by Deloitte's resignation, and Zhongrui's term will last until the conclusion of the company's next Annual General Meeting.
