Mr. Man confirmed his understanding of these responsibilities prior to the effective date of his appointment. The company stated that this supplemental disclosure does not affect any other information in the 2025 Annual Report, which remains unchanged.

As of 15 July 2026, Tingyi’s board comprises six executive directors—Wei Hong-Ming, Junichiro Ida, Wei Hong-Chen, Koji Shinohara, Yuko Takahashi and Tseng Chien—and three independent non-executive directors—Hsu Shin-Chun, Masaya Tochio and Man Mo Leung.
