Digital China Holdings Limited published its Special General Meeting (SGM) circular and meeting notice dated 21 May 2026. The documents, in both Chinese and English, are available on the company’s website (www.dcholdings.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The SGM will be conducted entirely by electronic means on Wednesday, 24 June 2026 at 10:30 a.m. Shareholders can access meeting particulars through the posted circular and are advised to review the materials in advance.

For future corporate communications, Digital China will distribute bilingual notifications by email or post on the publication date of each document. Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to provide their custodians or brokers with an email address to facilitate electronic delivery.
