Modern Chinese Medicine Group Co., Ltd. (MODERN CHI MED) has secured a further waiver from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange regarding Rule 14.41(a) of the Listing Rules, allowing additional time to dispatch its major-transaction circular.

The circular, covering details of the share-purchase agreement, audited financial statements of the target group for the three years ended 31 December 2025, and pro forma financial information of the enlarged group, was originally due on or before 30 April 2026. The revised deadline is now on or before 30 June 2026.

The Stock Exchange granted the waiver on 6 May 2026. The regulator reserves the right to withdraw or amend the waiver should circumstances change.
