Prudential plc announced that it cancelled 256,174 ordinary shares on Apr, 15 2026, reducing its issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) from 2,525,085,529 to 2,524,829,355 shares.

The company also reported that a further 506,227 repurchased shares (251,634 from Apr, 14 2026 and 254,593 from Apr, 15 2026) were awaiting cancellation as of the same date.

All repurchases were executed on the London Stock Exchange under the existing shareholder mandate granted on May, 14 2025. No treasury shares were held after these transactions.
