Several major corporations have swiftly mobilized resources to provide aid to the Guangxi region, which has been severely impacted by recent devastating floods.

Alibaba Group Holding Limited (NYSE: BABA) is dispatching its third batch of relief supplies to the area today, July 8th. This shipment includes 10,000 emergency lighting units and disaster relief kits funded by the Alibaba Public Welfare Platform and its affiliated charity merchants. The company's initial response involved the delivery of 10,000 emergency lighting devices and 2,500 emergency food packages. A second batch of 62,000 items, including disinfectant, drinking water, and canned congee, arrived late on July 7th.

The Beijing Starbucks Foundation, associated with Starbucks Corporation (NASDAQ: SBUX), has announced a donation of 1 million yuan. This funding, coordinated with the One Foundation, will support frontline rescue operations and post-disaster resettlement. The allocation is designated for purchasing debris-clearing equipment, providing emergency supplies and psychological support for displaced children, and distributing essential items like food and oil to affected residents.

Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co.,Ltd. (SHA: 600887) activated its "cloud disaster preparedness" emergency response mechanism promptly. In partnership with the Chinese Red Cross Foundation, the company mobilized and delivered nutritional supplies, including Yili milk, to the hardest-hit areas. Volunteers navigated challenging routes, switching between cars and speedboats, to hand-deliver these essential provisions to evacuation sites in towns across Hengzhou and Binyang counties.

The Xiaomi Foundation, established by Xiaomi Corporation (HKG: 1810), has donated 10 million yuan in cash for emergency relief efforts in Guangxi and other affected regions. This contribution is aimed at supporting immediate aid, temporary housing, and subsequent reconstruction work. Concurrently, the Xiaomi Public Welfare Platform has launched a fundraising initiative titled "Building a Safe Home with Love," encouraging public participation in supporting the relief cause.
