SMART DIGI TECH (01159) announced that on November 17, 2025, the company entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Potevio Rail Transit Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Potevio Rail Transit). Potevio Rail Transit specializes in rail transit weak current contracting, communication system integration, automatic fare collection (AFC) systems, smart airports, and smart cultural tourism. It serves as a council member of the China Urban Rail Transit Association and vice-chairman of the AFC System Committee, contributing to national and industry standards for AFC systems in transportation. Additionally, it is recognized as a specialized and innovative enterprise in Shanghai.

The Board believes that the Group is actively expanding its presence in the AI sector to build core competitiveness. Potevio Rail Transit focuses on rail transit and airport industries, investing in R&D for AI service robots, contactless smart security checks, intelligent operation and maintenance systems, and smart stations. The strategic agreement establishes a long-term, stable partnership, fostering collaboration in AI applications for rail transit and related fields.

The Board expects this cooperation to diversify the Group’s revenue streams and enhance shareholder returns.
