YNBY International Limited released its latest Annual Report, Circular and Proxy Form on 24 April 2026. The documents are now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews platform and the company’s website (www.0030.com.hk).

Under the paperless listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023, the company confirmed it has adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. Printed copies will no longer be mailed automatically.

Registered shareholders are urged to provide a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Without an email address on record, investors will not receive publication alerts and will need to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites directly.

Shareholders who experience difficulty with online access or who prefer hard copies may request printed versions free of charge by emailing YNBYInternational.ecom@computershare.com.hk or contacting the registrar at Hopewell Centre, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. The option to receive printed actionable corporate communications remains available, and any written instruction to do so will be valid for one year from the date of receipt.
