(Stock Code: 1333) disclosed that its chairman, general manager, executive director, and controlling shareholder, Mr. Chen Fangming, purchased 170,000 H shares in the market. This newly acquired stake accounts for approximately 0.04% of the total issued shares of the enterprise.

Following the purchase, Mr. Chen’s overall shareholding increased to 118,273,590 shares, or 30.35% of the total issued shares. This includes 57,801,700 domestic shares and 60,471,890 H shares, equal to 41.76% of domestic shares and 24.07% of H shares. Mr. Chen expressed continued confidence in the business outlook and may consider further increasing his holdings in accordance with applicable regulations.
