ZHI SHENG GP (08370) has announced receiving a notification of award from a top-tier social media platform company, according to a filing on Monday. The notification pertains to the provision of data center services with a total processing capacity of approximately 500 megawatts at a facility the group plans to build on a land parcel in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia.

The group's subsidiary, controlled by executive director and substantial shareholder Lai Ningning, received the award notice on August 7, 2026. Out of the total capacity, about 180 megawatts are expected to be delivered in phases starting around May 2027, subject to finalization of certain terms and conditions. This award marks the group's acquisition of a key client for its data center business in China.

The announcement follows the group's earlier disclosure of acquiring land use rights for a site spanning approximately 50,000 square meters in Hohhot, intended for constructing its proprietary data center.
