Ruifeng Power Group Company Limited announced on 22 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.hbsgt.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board encourages shareholders to review the digital version to streamline communication. Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the online report—or who prefer hard copies—can request printed versions at no cost by completing the enclosed request form and returning it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postal returns; alternatively, requests may be emailed to is-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders holding shares through intermediaries such as banks, brokers, custodians or nominees are advised to provide a functional email address to those intermediaries if they wish to receive electronic notifications of future corporate communications. Until a valid email address is supplied, notices of publication will be sent in printed form only.
