Soft International Group Ltd (Soft Intl) has announced that its board of directors will convene on 27 August 2026. Key agenda items include:

• Approval of the interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. • Consideration of an interim dividend declaration, if any.

The meeting will be chaired by Mr. Ngan Pui Kuan, who serves as Chairman and Executive Director.
