SEER TECH (SEER TECH) (06106) has announced the completion of its stabilization period and the lapse of the over-allotment option.

In accordance with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures (Price Stabilization) Rules, the company declared the end of the stabilization period related to its global offering on Saturday, July 18, 2026. This date marks the 30th day after the deadline for submitting applications for the Hong Kong public offering.

The stabilizing agent, China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited, along with its affiliates or any persons acting on its behalf, undertook the following actions during the stabilization period.

Firstly, a total of 1,574,600 H shares were over-allocated in the international offering, representing approximately 15.0% of the total shares offered under the global offering prior to any exercise of the over-allotment option.

Secondly, during the stabilization period, a total of 1,574,600 H shares were continuously purchased in the market at prices ranging from HK$71.00 to HK$101.60 per share. This also constituted about 15.0% of the total shares initially available under the global offering before the over-allotment option could be exercised.

The final market purchase made by the stabilizing agent, its affiliates, or any persons acting on its behalf during the stabilization period occurred on July 17, 2026, at a price of HK$72.55 per H share.

The overall coordinators, acting for themselves and on behalf of the international underwriters, did not exercise the over-allotment option during the stabilization period. Consequently, the over-allotment option lapsed on Saturday, July 18, 2026.
