On October 30, Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co., Ltd. (601607/02607) announced its plan to distribute a cash dividend of 1.2 yuan per 10 shares (tax inclusive) to all shareholders. The total payout is expected to reach 445 million yuan, accounting for 9.98% of the net profit attributable to the parent company.

In the first three quarters of 2025, Shanghai Pharmaceuticals reported revenue of 215.072 billion yuan and a net profit attributable to the parent company of 5.147 billion yuan.
