Acrophyte Hospitality Trust said on Mar, 23 2026 that its managers are still conducting a strategic review and are in discussions with sponsor Tang Organization over a possible transaction involving the stapled securities.

The review, first announced on May, 30 2025 and subsequently updated on multiple occasions through Feb, 23 2026, remains incomplete, and the managers cautioned that there is no certainty any transaction will materialise.

They added that further announcements will be made in accordance with Singapore Exchange listing rules if and when any material developments arise. Stapled securityholders were advised to exercise caution and seek professional advice before dealing in the securities.
