Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited said it repurchased 22,000 ordinary shares on Jul, 17 2026 at prices ranging from US$62.04 to US$63 apiece, with a weighted average cost of US$62.7291 per share.

The shares will be cancelled, leaving the company with 294,086,976 ordinary shares in issue, each carrying one vote. Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited holds no treasury shares.

Shareholders may use the updated share count as the denominator when assessing disclosure obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
