Legend Holdings Corporation has released the latest English and Chinese versions of its Annual Report, Circular and Proxy Form on both the company’s website (www.legendholdings.com.cn) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

To streamline future communications, shareholders are invited to provide a functional email address by completing the “Provision of Email Address Form” and returning it to Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 3396-ecom@vistra.com. Once registered, shareholders will receive electronic notifications whenever new corporate communications are posted online.

Legend Holdings clarifies that it will be deemed compliant with HKEX Listing Rules if actionable corporate communications are sent to the supplied email address without generating a “non-delivery” message. Shareholders who do not submit a valid email address will not receive publication notices.
