FIRST CAP GP (01269) has announced that effective March 31, 2026, Mr. Lu Qingyuan will step down from his roles as independent non-executive director, member of the board audit committee, member of the board nomination committee, and member of the board strategy committee, citing his intention to dedicate more time to other business commitments and personal matters. Concurrently, Mr. Qiao Huabin will be appointed as an independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the audit committee and the strategy committee.
