Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited said it bought back 35,000 of its ordinary shares on Jun, 29 2026 at US$62.69 per share.

The company will cancel all repurchased shares. After the cancellation, Jardine Matheson Holdings’ issued share capital stands at 294,483,676 ordinary shares, each carrying one voting right, and it holds no treasury shares.

The updated share count may be used by investors to assess whether they must disclose changes in their holdings under the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
