FORTIOR (01304) announced that its board of directors has resolved to propose the appointment of Sun Yunzi as joint company secretary, subject to the approval of an exemption by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX). The appointment will take effect on the date the exemption is granted. The company has applied to the HKEX, which has conditionally granted an exemption from strict compliance with Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules. The exemption will be valid for three years starting from December 24, 2025 (the effective date of Mr. Sun's appointment as joint company secretary), under the following conditions: Mr. Sun must be assisted by Ms. Ma during the exemption period, and the exemption may be revoked if the company materially breaches the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
