Huaqin Technology Co., Ltd. (03296) has announced the issuance of bonus shares to its shareholders. The distribution is based on a profit allocation and capital reserve capitalization plan for the 2025 fiscal year, which was approved by special resolution on May 20, 2026. The company will issue 406 million A-share bonus shares on the basis of 4 bonus shares for every 10 existing shares held.

Furthermore, in accordance with the same 2025 fiscal year plan, the company will also issue additional shares to shareholders. A total of approximately 26.93 million additional H-shares will be issued on the basis of 4 additional shares for every 10 existing shares held. The distribution date for both the bonus shares and the additional shares is set for June 18, 2026.
