On September 19, Chagee Holdings Limited officially opened its first silent store in Qinghai Province at Haihu Wanda Plaza in Chengxi District, Xining City. The distinctive feature of Chagee Holdings Limited's silent stores is that key positions are staffed by hearing-impaired partners.

Since the first silent store opened in Hangzhou in January 2024, this store model has gradually expanded nationwide, with locations successively opening in Shanghai, Wuhan, Lanzhou, Guangdong, Changsha, Nanchang, and other cities. Currently, there are more than ten such stores in operation.

As a new store model that explores the combination of social responsibility and commerce, the silent stores feature store signage incorporating sign language elements, using six sign language gestures to express "CHAGEE." The ordering and service areas are equipped with common sign language prompt boards displaying phrases like "Hello," "Welcome," "Dine-in," and "Takeaway" to facilitate communication between customers and silent partners.

Meanwhile, the stores provide diversified ordering methods, including mini-programs, writing boards, and sign language menus.
