NEW CENTURY GP (00234) announced that on September 19, 2025, the company's indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary Yi Ti Kuan Finance (as lender) entered into a new loan agreement with customers Y. K. Audio Limited, Mr. Chen Weiguang, and Ms. Chen De Hui (as borrowers). Under the new loan agreement, Yi Ti Kuan Finance agreed to grant a mortgage loan with a principal amount of HK$30.2 million to these customers for a term of twelve months.

Prior to entering into the new loan agreement, Yi Ti Kuan Finance had an existing loan agreement with these customers, granting them a mortgage loan with a principal amount of HK$30.2 million for a term of twelve months. The proceeds from the new loan were used on September 19, 2025 to fully settle the outstanding principal of the previous loan, therefore the group had no cash outflow.
