GRC Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Chip Eng Seng Contractors (1988) Pte. Ltd., has been awarded a building works contract worth about 328.4 million Singapore dollars by the Housing & Development Board.

The contract involves the construction of five residential blocks, a multi-storey car park, three precinct pavilions and various communal facilities. Work is slated to begin in the last quarter of 2025 and will span 45 months.

The company said the project is expected to contribute positively to its net tangible assets and earnings per share for the financial year ending Jun, 30 2026. The board added that no director or substantial shareholder has any direct or indirect interest in the contract beyond their existing shareholdings or directorships.
