Sigenergy Technology Co., Ltd. declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 23.46 per 10 shares (approximately RMB 2.35 per share) for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The proposal is subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting scheduled for 29 June 2026.

The Hong Kong share register will close from 8 July to 9 July 2026, with 9 July set as the record date. Shares will trade ex-dividend on 6 July 2026, and the latest time to lodge transfer documents with Tricor Investor Services Limited is 16:30 on 7 July 2026. Payment is slated for 24 July 2026.

Dividend payments will be made in Hong Kong dollars, with the conversion rate to be announced. A 10% withholding tax applies to both non-resident individual and enterprise shareholders.

At the time of the announcement, Sigenergy’s board comprises two executive directors (Mr. Xu Yingtong and Mr. Zhang Xianmiao), three non-executive directors (Mr. Sun Guoqing, Mr. Wang Lin and Ms. Yang Ting) and three independent non-executive directors (Ms. Ng Wing Yan Claudia, Mr. Lin Jinwu and Ms. Chen Jijin).
