Air China has announced that its board of directors will convene on 29 April 2026 to review and approve the consolidated financial results for the three-month period ended 31 March 2026.

The meeting will also address other routine corporate matters. The notification, issued on 15 April 2026 by Company Secretary Xiao Feng in Beijing, lists nine directors, including four independent non-executive directors, who will participate in the session.
