Sky Blue 11 Company Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Monday, 28 September 2026. The agenda includes:

• Approval of the Group’s financial results for the eighteen months ended 30 June 2026. • Consideration of a final dividend recommendation. • Discussion of other routine business matters.

The current Board comprises five members: Executive Directors Li Weina and Phen Chun Shing Vincent, and Independent Non-Executive Directors Ching Ching, Chan Ting Leuk Arthur and Hung Wai Che.
