Dynasty Wines (00828) announced that on September 25, 2025 (after Hong Kong Stock Exchange trading hours), Dynasty Jiangsu, a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the Group, entered into a construction agreement with contractor Yancheng Tiangong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. The contractor will provide construction services to Dynasty Jiangsu for the development of the Jiangsu winery, with a consideration of RMB 22.3262 million.

The contractor will serve as the main contractor, responsible for constructing production facilities for yellow wine and tangerine peel wine, including factory buildings, warehouses, office buildings, and sewage treatment facilities (the Construction Project) located in the construction area of Dongtai Green Food Industrial Park, Sancang Town, Dongtai City, Yancheng, Jiangsu Province, China.

The Group's main products are wines made from grapes, including red and white wines. However, yellow wine and tangerine peel wine will be produced using glutinous rice. Therefore, upon completion of the Construction Project, the Group will be able to effectively expand its product categories, representing a significant strategic initiative for achieving high-quality development in the wine industry.
