Paragon Capital Management (PCM) has announced the appointment of Trevor Lau as its chief commercial officer, a newly created position designed to support the firm's ongoing push to accelerate growth across its Asian operations.

In his new role, Trevor Lau will spearhead the firm's overarching commercial strategy, with responsibilities spanning business development, capital raising, strategic partnerships, and client relationship management. According to his career background, Lau previously held leadership roles at Credit Suisse, UBS, Citi Private Bank, and Azura Investment Partners, amassing more than two decades of experience in wealth management and investment advisory services.

Commenting on the appointment, PCM's co-founder, chief executive officer, and chief investment officer Paul Lee stated that establishing the chief commercial officer position reflects the firm's confidence in the opportunities emerging across Asian markets and its ambition to broaden its footprint in the region. He noted that Trevor Lau brings deep industry expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and an extensive network cultivated over a 20-plus-year career in wealth management and investment consulting. His appointment, Lee added, will accelerate PCM's engagement with clients, investors, intermediaries, and strategic partners, supporting long-term growth and wealth creation.

In response, Trevor Lau expressed that PCM has built a solid reputation for delivering independent investment solutions aligned with client interests and for practicing long-term wealth stewardship. He said he looks forward to working closely with the team to strengthen client relationships, expand strategic collaborations, and drive sustainable growth in key markets.

At present, PCM manages approximately US$1.2 billion in assets, maintains offices in Singapore and Hong Kong, and continues to broaden its operational presence in Thailand.
