China Hongqiao Group Limited (Stock Code: 1378) announced that its subsidiary, Shandong Hongqiao New Material Co., Ltd. (Shandong Hongqiao), disclosed unaudited consolidated financial statements for the third quarter of 2025, in accordance with the People’s Republic of China accounting standards. These results have not been reviewed or audited by the auditors of Shandong Hongqiao or China Hongqiao Group Limited.

According to the unaudited consolidated balance sheet as of 30 September 2025, Shandong Hongqiao reported total assets of approximately RMB225.53 billion, total liabilities of around RMB101.86 billion, and total shareholders’ equity of roughly RMB123.67 billion. The consolidated income statement for the first nine months of 2025 reflected total operating income of about RMB116.93 billion and net profit of roughly RMB19.37 billion. The company advises investors to exercise caution when considering these figures.
