Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the electronic documents may obtain printed copies free of charge. To do so, they must complete and sign the enclosed request form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Submission options include prepaid mail (for local postings) or email to 863-ecom@vistra.com.

The company highlights the following operational points:

• Request Scope: The printed copy option covers both the current AGM circular and all future corporate communications, provided shareholders indicate their preferred language (English, Chinese, or both) on the request form.

• Validity Period: A print-copy preference remains effective for one year unless revoked or superseded.

• Electronic Delivery: Shareholders who wish to receive future communications electronically must supply a functional email address through their bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until an email address is provided, the company can only dispatch printed notices of publication.
