According to the letter of intent, the company and Keshuimao intend to explore potential strategic cooperation in phases, covering the testing, development, promotion, and commercialization of "Health Sleep Rooms" and related sleep health lifestyle accommodation services for the group's Kaga Hanatsubaki Hotel located in Japan.

The board of directors believes that if the proposed cooperation is implemented, it may allow the group to explore differentiated accommodation and health-oriented hotel hospitality services, with the aim of enhancing guest experience and assessing potential new revenue opportunities within the hotel and tourism-related business sectors.
