Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited (stock code: 06868) reported a forthcoming change in key corporate roles. Effective 21 March 2026, Ms. Leung Shui Bing will resign as company secretary, authorised representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, and process agent under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance. The board noted that Ms. Leung has no disagreements with directors and no matters require shareholder attention.

Mr. Ho Pak Chuen Brian will assume all three positions on the same date. Mr. Ho brings more than 24 years of corporate finance and legal experience. Admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1997 and as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2000, he became a Certified Practising Accountant of CPA Australia in 2004. He is currently a partner at Hong Kong law firm Howse Williams and serves as an independent non-executive director at Ajisen (China) Holdings Limited and Get Nice Holdings Limited. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University, as well as an MBA jointly awarded by the University of Sydney and the University of New South Wales.

The board expressed gratitude for Ms. Leung’s service and extended a welcome to Mr. Ho as he prepares to take up his new responsibilities.
