Wuxi Lead Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. has scheduled its 2025 annual general meeting (AGM) for 21 May 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in the company’s conference room, No. 18 Xinzhou Road, Xinwu District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, PRC. Shareholders registered on the H-share register as of the same date are entitled to attend and vote.
