Specific Job Responsibilities and Conditions:
1. Application

2. Qualification Review
The institute will conduct a qualification review through online verification to determine the list of candidates for the interview.
3. Examination
The professional assessment will be organized by the Shanghai Shipping Exchange Research Institute (Pending) and conducted through individual interviews. The main purpose is to understand the candidate's work experience and professional abilities, and to ask questions on topics related to the professional technical field.
4. Medical Examination and Investigation
Based on the performance scores from the professional assessment, a list of candidates for medical examination will be determined at a 1:1 ratio. These candidates will undergo a unified medical examination at a designated Grade II, Class A or higher medical institution in Shanghai. An investigation will also be conducted on the candidate's ideological and political qualities, compliance with laws and regulations, moral character, credit record, and qualifications for the position.
5. Publicity and Employment
After passing the qualification review, professional assessment, medical examination, and investigation, the list of proposed employees will be publicly announced on the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau's website for a period of 7 days. If there are no objections during the publicity period, the list will be submitted to the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Transport for review and then to the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval and filing. If there are objections during the publicity period that affect the employment, the decision on whether to employ will be made based on the verification results.
