ContiOcean Environment Tech Group Co., Ltd. announced that Mr. Shu Wa Tung, Laurence has resigned as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 June 2026. His departure also ends his role on the Board’s Remuneration Committee. The company cited Mr. Shu’s intention to devote more time to other professional and personal commitments; he confirmed no disagreement with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.

The Board appointed Ms. Shen Xiaojiao, current General Manager of the Finance Department, as Acting Chief Financial Officer effective the same date. Ms. Shen, aged 32, joined ContiOcean in July 2021 as Deputy Finance Manager and became Finance Department General Manager in April 2023. Her eight-year audit and accounting background includes tenure at Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP Shanghai Branch from September 2016 to May 2021, progressing from auditor to senior auditor. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Trade from the University of International Business and Economics (Shanghai) and obtained a CPA qualification in December 2019. Ms. Shen owns 47,600 share options under ContiOcean’s Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme and will not receive additional remuneration for her acting CFO duties.

Following Mr. Shu’s resignation, the Remuneration Committee membership changes to: • Chairperson: Dr. Guan Yanmin • Members: Mr. Zhao Mingzhu (newly appointed), Mr. Zhu Rongyuan

All other Board committee compositions remain unchanged. The Board expressed its appreciation for Mr. Shu’s contributions during his tenure.
