Her resignation will take effect from December 28, 2025.

Additionally, Ms. Wang Yan has resigned as joint company secretary, effective from the same date.

Ms. Zheng Li, who meets the qualifications and experience requirements under Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules, has been appointed as the sole company secretary, authorized representative under the Listing Rules, and legal documents agent, effective from December 28, 2025.
