Vitasoy Int’l Executes HKD 4.08 Million Share Buyback; 3.45 Million Shares Repurchased Since Mandate Launch

Vitasoy International Holdings Limited (Vitasoy Int’l) reported to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it repurchased 626,000 ordinary shares on-market on 16 September 2026. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 6.49 to HKD 6.53, translating into a volume-weighted average of HKD 6.52 and an aggregate consideration of HKD 4.08 million. All repurchased shares are designated for cancellation.

The 16 September transaction brings total buybacks under the mandate granted on 24 August 2026 to 3.45 million shares, or 0.34% of Vitasoy’s issued share capital at the time the mandate was approved. This represents 3.39% of the 101.76 million shares the company is authorised to repurchase.

Since trading resumed under the mandate on 25 August 2026, the company has conducted 15 separate on-market transactions, buying shares at prices between HKD 6.32 and HKD 6.53. None of the repurchased shares had been cancelled as of the reporting date. Consequently, Vitasoy’s issued share capital remained at 1.02 billion shares on 16 September 2026.

In accordance with Main Board Rule 10.06, Vitasoy is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 16 October 2026.
